Journey

I’ll be working fulltime again soon. I’m going back to teaching high school culinary arts classes. Since beginning the ILT program, I hadn’t been working. Although I do have two kids, a husband, a house, and two cats to take care of at home. Yes, we all have our responsibilities, but have I taken on too much? The past year has been full of taking classes and looking for the perfect job. My goal is to graduate this December and I’m almost there. Two classes to take this fall, that’s it! The most difficult thing to push through this summer is handling all of my responsibilities without losing my mind. My reward in the end, of course, is that I’ll be one more class closer to finishing my master’s degree and have gained more skills to use when I do find that one almost perfect job.
